my closest track is an 1/8 my 7.3 ran 9.6@68 edge and exhaust only havent had a decent converter to make another pass yet

 

Last time at the Track my truck did a 8.9@81mph, that was on a 175hp over stock. I still need to try my 230hp max effort tune.

 

mine is on the right. I had a terrible reaction time, which costed me the race

Finally took the Satellite to the track

Never had so much fun

Going so Slow.....

This is an ALL stock set up



It's a 89 engine,still wearing the tamper caps
with a 727 out of an airport tug,
Dana 60
even used the Factory Radiator, fan, and shroud
and that is what amuses me
it all fit inside the roll cage, I built 20 years ago
When it was a 540 ci. gas engine > did have to move the fuel tank out futher







It leaves quicker than I thought it would

started at 5 lbs boost

finally figured out the lights

and how deep to stage
Now That I got a base # to work with



Time to crank it up...

I know I have the WRONG rear gear,(4.56)
But, just HAD to know what it would do> stock, with that gear
plans are to change the gearing
I hit the governor, at 2/3 track
crank up the pump, change the valve springs and gov spring.
