have a near mint 2002 F250 gasser would like to convert to diesel.... recently purchased a 2002 7.3 auto with 129,000 slight frond end damage cheap is it worth the time to convert to 7.3 or part out and do a cummins swap??????????????

 

No it should remain as it is other wise it could have maintenance issues..
