how can i get more MPG“S from my 7.3
any help on geting more mpgs on my truck its a daily driver, it has a 7.3 heavy duty crew cab any tricks an advice welcome

see my above post. the best thing we have ever done to our 95 was clean that little filter out on the side of the fuel filter housing. its held on by 2 little bolts. be careful, theres a little spring and ball in there you don;t want to lose but crud gets stuck in the wire mesh filter real easy. we got 3 mpg better pulling around 26,000lbs yesterday!!! keep fresh fuel filter in there (i go every 10k miles), and clean your air filter if you have a cleanable one. if you dont, green filters make a super nice kit that i just put in one of my trucks. keep tires inflated to around 65psi helps too. hope this helps some!
THe best thing to do is make sure your fluids are new, all the maintenance is done, tires are aired up to the right pressures and you drive like a grandma... That is it... There is no magical potion that will give you better fuel economy. You are driving a 6k pound truck for goodness sakes...
