Default intake??

hey guys im new to this forum, i have a half 94 stroke and want to put a intake on it. i have heard the best is a big filter from napa but am just checking and what exactly is this filter and what do i need with it?

That filter is a 6637, you need some 4in pipe and some clamps to run it. Its a good cheap intake, I run an AFE stage 2

performance wise, how does the napa filter compare to the big brands such as afe, sb, kn?

it's about the same. i have a afe filter that is almost the same as the 6637. the napa one is about 50 bucks and i paid 90 for my afe. it's washable too.

Hello I am a new user here but I did the DIY 6637 intake mod and man it woke my 7.3 up! I have a 38r that was freshly installed a couple days ago and man that 6637 just makes the turbo sound like a jet screaming! I now drive with my stereo OFF cause the turbo is music to my ears! Awesome just awesome is all I can say

Well that depends how elaborate you wanna go. You can get all you need from Home Depot.
The BHAF will take away from the stock look in the engine bay. The stock airbox has to be removed to make way for that big filter.
