I use either fleetgaurd or the mopar filter, only filters that say they are approved by cummins, I was told the was some sort of techincal bulitin put out by cummins not to use fram filters because for some reason the filtering media was coming apart and cloging passages and causing the engine to blow. The guy that works on my truck told me that, and said he still had the original bullitin he received from cummins if I didn't believe him.
