SVO is Straight Vegetable Oil, and these people heat the WVO just prior to injection so that it burns better. They have to have 2 fuel tanks so that they start and stop on diesel fuel.
Otherwise, if you are blending waste oils with diesel fuel to burn them, then you are a "blender." Blenders also find that they can blend half as much gasoline to do the same effect. Thus 20-25% gasoline to 75-80% WVO or WMO, etc.
