i have not found any difference when running them or not. i sometime add some from time to time when looking for the feel good effect.

MPGs, Power, Sound, smoothness, startup, etc. all the same to me. so i spend my money elseware

I've been using Power Service, I think I get better MPG & it will clean my injectors

I just started using the kleen power service in the gray bottle in my 96 psd and have noticed runs smoother, better throttle responses I don't think I will see any improvement in mpg due to a heavy foot but I would advise a additive for any diesel runner

I use 8oz of Diesel Kleen cetane booster every fill-up. Don't know if it does any noticeable good, but it makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

I've used diesel kleen for a while now, but the zone only had 2stroke oil and I've never tried it before, but after a week of use, my truck seems smoother and quieter, I'm loving it. She does smoke a little bit more on the cold start, but not bad at all

I stop using it since I experienced no big difference before.
