I'm not sure how much the programmer is contributing, but I would say that's a bit low as compared to a chipped truck...

Stock you could probably get close to 20psi... Chipped, probably start hitting close to 30psi...

ok. whether this is true or not, i read some where that the super dutys' de duel at 22 psi.

Yes sir... They will start defueling right around 22 psi and throw a CEL.. When you get a chip, see if they can tune that out... or get a boost fooler.

ok. what is the max psi i would want to run with out head studs? and being the stock turbo?

Keep her under 40 for studs... Stock turbo can take up to that but not all the time and not for long periods.

ok good to know. i put a post up in the quote section for a ported commpressor housing but no replies yet. where is a good place to get one?

Hit up Sinister Diesel, send him a PM and he can set you up...

FYI, anything more then 30 psi with the stock turbo is a waste. Its so far out of its MAP at that point its pushing hot air.

Also 20psi for a chipped 7.3 is pretty low, even at your 5000-5500' elevation.
