honestly i don't know? black widow diesel is the guy i'm going through to get my engine rebuild kit and all that stuff, this is off the site
PRECISION TURBO AND ENGINE’s highly anticipated Ford 7.3L Power Stroke® bolt on upgrade turbocharger is now available. Designed for the diesel F Series and Excursion, this turbo fits model years 1999.5 to 2003.
Featuring PTE’s proprietary CNC machined CEA (Competition Engineered Aerodynamics) aluminum compressor wheel which is specifically designed to provide higher efficiency, faster transient response, be capable of handling higher boost pressure and generate less heat than a similarly sized traditional cast wheel, this turbo offers maximum power and performance to the end user without having to sacrifice weight or cost.
This particular turbocharger also offers greater flow capacity without the damaging compressor surge that is commonly seen in other upgrade units on the market. Additionally, Precision’s Ford 7.3L Power Stroke® turbo uses a high capacity 360° thrust bearing system for added reliability and longevity.
To ensure proper adjust-ability, each turbocharger comes with a choice of either a standard or heavy duty wastegate actuator which allows the user to match the turbo’s desired boost levels to its indented application.

Thats another drop in turbo, similar to the BD, TN, and all the others that have been out for quite a while. They did change the compressor wheel on it so it moves more air now.
They want too much money for it as you can get a 38r for about $1500... And its a thrust bearing turbo not a ball bearing.
I would keep looking at a T4 or T4i type turbo.

thats not the exact one that i'm lookin at, he does not have the one i'm lookin at on his website but its from the same company, the kit i'm looking at will be around 2600$ and thats with ceramic coated everything, it is a T4 type turbo
