Cold/warm or does it matter to you?I've checked the harness's before but when I get time I'll do it again.

Blue smoke can mean injectors, injector O rings, turbo, Turbo O rings, Valves, valve guides... Lots of things...

Pull the PCM and have a dealer or credible tuner reflash it.

Chock it up to an expensive lesson about the consequences of running inferior tuning.

Once we know that you do in fact have the proper programming in that PCM, the numbers will mean something to us.

Until then, they could just be the product of a corrupt file in the PCM.

Don't ever use the pred again. Ever .

So, since you're never using it again, it doesn't matter what's on the PCM when you have it reflashed.

But, I think you definately need to make sure the PCM is tellin the truck the right things, before you can trouble shoot the truck.

603 is KAM. Keep Alive Memory. No biggy, the PCM's probably just realizes something is different than before.

P0476 exhaust pressure control valve ckt range/ performance. I'd ignore that one too, unless you're gettin the rushing noise that indicates the EBPV is actually closed. If so, disconnect the two pin plug on the pedistal and you'll probably fix the problem.

No, it'd cause a no power condition though.
