I think either you have the wrong motor mounts or the wrong transmission mounts...

Any pictures of the engine compartment?

well both of the motor mounts and the tranny both fit just fine and they were the same as the old ones that came out...it shifts extremely hard because the person before me put the banks trans command on it and the ts chip and someone told me i dont need the trans command with that chip so could that be why its shift extremely hard and making it do that? the guy before me just cobbled everything on there im thinkin im gunna have to take everything off and redo the chip and everything and probably buy an edge evolution

Please don't get an Edge Evolution. I'm kinda partial since I'm selling one, but I can promise you, if you want to buy my 6 position DI chip, you'll be much happier than with either combo.

As for the belts and the driveshaft hitting, I think you need too get me some measurments... I don't remember my driveshaft being anywhere near the floor. What truck/cab config do you have? 2wd? 4wd?

to get your chip with different tunes u just send them your chip and theyll put the tunes on it,,, i dont think there is any way to tell whos tunes are on it, unless if that guy can give you more info, like a location or something.... some good chip reburners are Beans, Power hungry performance, tony wildman, there are lots of guys on this forum running them and i think about 99.9% of them love them. i love my php chip. IMO the best part about taking the custom chip instead of the edge is that if you ever change injectors or turbo ect. they can reburn the chip to get the best performance... or if you decide you dont like the tunes on it, u can send it back and have them put something different on it.
