Default Solid Motor and Tranny Mounts?

do they cause more vibration and more things to brake or are they a good idea for lifted trucks?

well ya see my problem is i put a new tranny mount on my truck few months ago because the driveshift was hitting the floor but it didnt help and my motor is moving so much that the belt is hitting the radiator hose and rubbing a hole in it so i put new motor mounts on the tuck and it still rubs and the driveshaft still hits...i have a banks trans command and a ts 6 position chip and a six in lift but the driftshft isnt at that steep of an angle and the driveshaft only hits when i get on it and it shifts

sounds like something else is your problem, maybe a broken engine mount? and if you have good tunes on the TS chip you dont need that banks any more.

You have another issue....

I have right at 500-550hp with no issues with the motor shifting.

Find and fix the underlying issue.

Did you break another mount?Check your welds at the frame where the mount goes.Mock your situation up using a jack and some lumber "carefully" on the torque side to see whats flexing or broke.

Are you SURE that it's hitting the floor? Or does it FEEL like it's hitting the floor.

i can sit under the truck and push up on the tranny with my hands and i can move it a little bit but its just the rubber in the tranny mounts flexing nut i just replaced the tranny mount but it feels like i can move it more than i should be able to
