Default good mods

hey guys so while im picking out my truck i was just wondering what type of mods would be great? Like chips programmers air intakes etc.. all info is greatly appreciated

Welcome to the site Bud. First things first, there's no such thing as the one perfect truck that fits all, so what are your plans for it. How much HP are you lookin for and what activities do you use this truck for.

its just gonna be a road truck... Might pull a few trailers.. mainly just to show. I want some horse power but mainly just to blow some smoke. I am gonna buy a f250 with a 7.3 btw.

well a good start would be:
intake
superchips/bully dog/ smarty tuner
injectors
and exhaust

Better get some gauges before you add a tuner. IIRC the DP tuner is the top dog for 7.3. If the stock exhaust is in good shape just cut out the muffler and straight pipe it or add a Walker BTM if you don't want your truck really loud. And get a Ford AIS Intake.

Get a DIY intake 6637 Napa Filter, Straight Pipe the exhaust, Injectors you can get a lot of places if you want to save some money Check out DIY injectors from Rosewood Diesel, A chip from DP, Swamps, Beans, or TW at total diesel performance. Maybe a 17* HPOP, and the list goes on.
