I took notice that the adjustable upper ball joints that you listed were for the 2x4 only .
I had read an artical in the TDR mag about adjusting for mostly loaded 4x4 , so I went looking & found that there was only one adjusting part # for the 4x4 Dana 60 , this is a sleeve used with your choice of ball joint , Specialty Products Company # 24130 , just looked at the label , dodge 94-99 2500 & 3500 4wd , 94-02 3500 2wd .

My pitman arm where it meets the drag link (the joint) is loose when I move the steering wheel left and right. What part number do I need to fix it?
