It is called: BLOCK, Fuel Return, and the part number is 05142809AA. All it does is collect the excess fuel from the common rail pressure regulator, the injector return lines and the CP3 pump pressure regulator and returns the fuel to the tank. It is also incredibly expensive. You're much better off making your own from a couple of appropriately sized tees. See:

Oh, and the hose end that doesn't have a clamp is glued on!
