I bet.... My uhaul NA pump up 5 flats sucked



..can't wait to hit the rollers again...took my NA pump off added maxed out turbo pump, added PSD intercooler, took the ghey 10" lift and 38.5s off, curios if it will improve the 91's numbers

 

i am sure it will. intercooler wont add much, heath proved that. he has same turbo as mine, same 5 speed, but decompressed down to 19-1 with a psd IC and Moose pump and injectors. made the same HP and TQ numbers as i did. but he only has 4000 miles on the motor, rings are nowhere near seated yet.

 

Im looking to get some HP for my IDI but the only thing I can find is the banks turbo kit. Any ideas guys

 

He has same fuel system as u? I'm sure his is a helluva lot more efficient tho in the real world use ?

 

his EGT say alot lower.

i have moose pump and pressure matched BB injectors, he has moose pump and moose misters.

there are a few turbo kits out there. hypermax is still the best company to deal with, banks is most expensive but is great system till turbo needs rebuild. then it gets expensive again. ATS used to make kits, and even supplied the factory with turbo kits for the 93-94 models. but they now completly backed out of the IDI upgrades and no longer sell parts for them unless they still have it in stock. they will not make more.
