i don't think u wana play with the torque screw on the back side of the pump i believe you'll burn a hole in a piston really fast if i remember correctly

heres some stuff i found on another site i use
:fuel screw simply adjusts tension on leaf spring that limits plunger movement. turning the screw in lets the plungers go out farther, letting more fuel in. the torque screw limits how far the metering valve can travel. backing the screw out lets the metering valve move farther (more wide open) letting more fuel to the plungers.

i tryd posting links to the site to a fourm that was discuseing the torque screw

The torque screw only dumps fuel in until about 1500 rpm, then it is no different than stock. Simply put, at low rpm, it helps build boost faster by increasing fuel delivery in those lower rpms. Hence the name, torque screw. The allen screw behind the plate should be called the horsepower screw so that it would make more sense to the layman. turn HP screw for overall gain, turn TQ screw for lowend gain. When i played with my tq screw, i could hit about 850 on my pyro sitting in my driveway. It spews fuel so be careful. If you mess with the fuel, you have the have a pyro. If you dont get one, RIP. Dont listen to naysayers, they just got lucky and didnt turn it up enough or are talking out their asses trying to seem cooler than a teenagers wet sock.

It will run more fuel and increase EGT. Dont chance it get a pyro before even thinking of turning up the fuel.

Prices on a pyro are not bad you can get them pretty decent price at performance shops or get a quote from someone that sells them on here. ( A pyro is a lot cheaper than a rebuild on an IDI)

a good pyro will normally run around 100 bucks or so.
