bad *** bro. And ya I told you the heavy loads we are pullin up the summit. Maybe 13 psi we still be safe. And we took to are shop and did a complete rebuild new cam, lifters bearing differnt cut on the valve everything is new except the pistons they were about 800 bucks so we just polished them. SO you think with all the new parts we will be able to pull 13 or so, under load? See I'm just not just sure what the boost we can pull and stuff so thats why I really really apperciate you and everyone else helpin a guy like me.

At 13 thats probably on the ragged edge of the compressor map. It should be able to pull it fine without too much worry about headgaskets. Much more than that will be dangerous to headgaskets, also with the stock turbo and no intercooler (unless you have that done already) the turbo will just be superheating the air and you'll probably actually lose power.

ok well we will fiddle with it hopefully this weekend and I should be puttin on the new air intake we made and install a new copper boost line from AM. And well see how it stays cool all I know is that with all the tranny coolers and the bigger radiator the temp on motor barley comes off cold and trans temp gauges are about 180 up the summit witch aint bad pullin 18 thousand pounds and by the way a 94 powerstroke inter cooler will fit right? or is there a way that a dodge intercooler or in your opinion witch intercooler would be the best bang for our buck?

Well Powerstrokes werent intercooled till the Super Dutys came out so thats a no go. You'll need someway to measure manifold temp to see what Im talkin about with the turbo heatin the air it wont show up on your engine temp. I think the Ford intercoolers are much bigger FWIW

Oh my bad . And what does FWIW mean I aint good ambrevations ? And ya I understand the way turbo heats the heat so thats a way. And could find out the air from the egt's. See when we installed are we drilled the manifold on the #1 port on drivers side so we could read the heat better instead of installing it in middle or the rear of the manifold.
