Default Stealth DPF delete pass emissions test?

I was able to buy a used DPF, and plan on using it for a stealth delete with a smarty jr on my 07.5 6.7L. Is there anyone in the Denver area or possibly another state that is required to have a "breathalyzer" emissions inspection done tell me if I can pass the test with a hollowed out DPF?

You will pass as long as the smoke is less than 20% opacity.
Go to Diesels Only on Alameda, they're the cheapest and they don't care what you've done to the truck.

i almost think with the smarty and on the tune that will put your truck below factory power you could pass it says on the instructions (where no smoke is desired) i would like to see somone try just too see if it worked and take the worry out on the other guys

20% opacity is a LOT of smoke, your truck would have to be very poorly tuned to fail an emissions test in Colorado.
