68rfe converter lockup when cold
I have a 07.5 6.7 fully deleted, with blackmaxx with O/D tuning, and a competition suncoast 68rfe. i believe i have around 10,000 km on the new suncoast transmission. It finally got really cold the last couple weeks and i noticed if i had my exhaust brake on to warm up the truck when i backed up to leave work my torque converter would lock up and the truck would take off in reverse, sometimes does it in drive when i pull up to the first stop sign after i leave work. I'm assuming the torque converter is locking up because rpm's drop, the truck shudders from the load and low rpm, and easily pushes itself through the brakes and takes off unless i slip it into neutral. Fluid is synthetic amsoil and is filled correctly. No engine or transmission codes either. Anyone else heard of this?
Also noticed in a drive thru the other day the transmission makes a fast ticking like noise in park and neutral, goes away in reverse or drive.

I was told to replace trans filters and only use OEM.
And to Make sure they are installed correct,
- do not crack the spin on plastic threads
- do not install the seal onto the long filter neck and push the filter up into place.
That seal must be installed first.
I swappee to OEM filters and the problem quit.
The trans shop that rebuilt my trans probably used cheap filters
