Question What Size Boost Gauge

my buddy has a boost gauge that he is going to give me for $20. he said it is a autometer carbon fiber. and its is 0 -35 psi. is that going to work with my 6.7L? i saw a thread that said a guy was hitting 39psi with his 6.7L?

it'll work but you'll max it out in no time when you start adding modifications to your truck. i mean for 20 bux you bout can't beat it but in the long run it'll be better to get the 0-60psi gauge...

That will all depend on what you want to do to the pickup.

20 bucks you can't go wrong IMO and when the time comes u need more psi range, once u have it installed all u'd have to change out is the gauge itself....

All depends... If you are staying stock you will be able to read the boost numbers easier because there are only 35 marks instead of 60. Plan on bombing th etruck and it will just sit on th epeg everytime you take off. That is what happened to my 06. And for $20 buy it... Use it till yo uNEED to upgrade... and sell it for $20.
