Default Funny noise?

Ok I installed a wcc intake horn and boost tube and when I got done and ran it I hear a lot more engine noise. I assume this is normal going from a thick aluminum horn and a plastic boost tube to thin stainless steal. But the noise goes away when under load and comes back when your not under a good load. Its like something is opening and closing. When i'm on the petal increasing the speed it goes away when the engine levels off it comes back. like when the turbo is making a lot of boost everything is quiet then when the turbo catches up the noise comes back? Any ideas on what this is and if its normal and I just couldn't here it before?

How thin? Could be certain engine harmonics and load variation causing vibration? But there is def less restriction in the setup then stock so that will make it sound diff no matter what.

Think I could be hearing the VGT changing making the sound change?
