i am going to try aluminum foil wrapped pretty thick behind the fan motors and where would one find that type of shielding?

my goodness, they are pricey. i tried everything i could, but nothing helped. i spoke again with flexalite which told me a few of their customers have claimed to put two 40amp bosch relays. one for each fan between the fan controller and the fan motor. they claim it alleviated the problem. the downfall is if i cut the power cord to the fan motor, it voids my warranty...

I wouldnt cut it if they told you that itd work on your truck before you bought it its there resposiblity I'd raise hell If you know what I mean. I know when airdog sent me a harness for the wrong truck twice they told me how to make it work by cutting the harness up (second gen harness). They also told me it would be covered under warranty ,but just a thought
