Did you get an answer from dodgezilla? I want to unplug mine but do not know if it is an electrical plug or a mechanical one. Thanks usajustice

If you keep the DPF you cant increase your exhaust size to 5" except for DPF-back, and there would be little if any gain.

AFE or S&B for the CAI should make you happy.

It sounds like I have already done anything you are planning so feel free to hit me up if you need any help or have any questions.
Bare in mind that these regens burn 13L of fuel each time!

i talked the dealer about it he told me if you put a cold air on it will not avoid the warranty i never did ask him about the exhaust tho but i did the cold air and exhaust with mine and i went from 19 to 24ish on the highway if something goes wrong you can always put the stock exhaust back on before you take it to the dealer

Dodgezilla is talking bout the egr plug u can simply unplugg it and get more mpg. I dont know about long term affects but hasnt hurt mine yet will kick on a check engine light however

i unpluged my egr last night . i did my run today (about 150 miles) and i did not pick up any mpg. i run hwy and around town. does it take time before you see any gain or should it be right away. truck has some more power not much but some. would it matter if you unplug it with the motor hot or cold? that and i only pulled the one plug on the egr not the one on the pipe. should i have pulled both? i plan on doing a afe intake and a 5" stack soon

Kfarris

To unplug the EGR electrical connection, when facing your engine, it is located on the left hand side where the exhaust comes out. On the top, there is an electrical plug on the very top. You need to unplug it.
I have also installed a Banks Ram-Ait Intake System. I do like it and it is the safest air filter system, as all other Banks products. The super scoop takes the cold air right up to the filter. Other filters just take the hot air from inside the engine compartment!

When you unplug it will throw a code, and if so what will it hurt to drive around with the check eng light on?
