I know this has been discussed before however I am having issues that have not been discussed. My truck recently threw the P2563 code and then lost power and puffed major black smoke. Took it into the dealer and they cleaned and then finally replaced the turbo on Monday. But the new turbo did not fix the issue. So they put another new turbo in yesterday and it still did not fix the problem. Any ideas on what it could be? They said maybe something in the wiring and they want to check all the wires and charge me up the butt for it. Any insight is appreciated.
