2008 6.7 no high idle

my 2008 dodge don't have the manual high idle is there any tricks you can do to idle it up manualy or can you take it do the dealer and have them add this feature some way?

automatic it will idle up on its own but it dont have the manual feature does the dealer have to flash it into the computer or what?

Its usually done by cruise control..if you dont have it i heard the dealer will turn it on for a slight charge..
