I have dropped trucks off and waited a week for them to get it in. Welcome to dealing with the Dodge system.

If it's a daily driver, maybe rip all the stuff off and drive it. Still gonna have a check engine light... have you tried a piece of electrical tape over the check engine light? It will always be on. LOL

My '07 6.7 went to the shop 5 TIMES,,,,

EGR probs, regen probs.

On the third trip they drilled a hole in the turbo to 'clean out' the soot????

On the fourth trip they replaced the turbo.

The fifth trip was a program recall.

NOW, with the DPF delete, egr 'adjustment' and a Smarty Jr, it runs like a top! The latest Smarty update took care of the "See Dealer Now" light issue.

With the Smarty Jr programing set at 100hp, #2 torque management setting, 0 timing advance I'm getting 21 mpg at 72 mph hwy, towing double jeep trailer at 70-75 right at 11.8 mpg, all hand calculated, no computer crap.

The truck at 87,000mi is getting better mileage all the time. Guess it's finally getting broken in

redrum thanks for trying to help me out I just couldnt get it up there to far away and no way to get a ride back after I droped it off. But thanks for thinking about a total stranger and trying to help me out.

I took it to another dealership now they are currently looking at it. They said it had water in the fuel at some point and they are waiting to hear back from dodge to see if they are going to warranty it but said they probably wont. So I guess now we know what caused everything.
