Default is this normal smoke

got a little smoke coming out of my oil cap/ oil check tube wondering if this is normal for a truck with 50000 miles on it and if its anything to worry about trucks is running really good just puffing a little nearly non existant at idle ,but when high idleing at 1500rpm it gives you this

this vid is high idle 1500rpm

also I havent changed my cvv could this cause this

How high have you been running the EGT's?? May have a burnt exhaust valve.

Might need to latch onto a few thousand pounds, and make a road trip. Probably got a lot of soot buildup on the valves.
