Default Recall problems....

The Stealership just recently rebuilt my transmission (60k miles) under warranty because it was "Locked Up/Burnt" as the tech stated, and after going back and forth with them for a month they got it done.... But while it was in there they took the luxury of reprogramming the truck for the recall and it stated "Customer requests we preform factory recall" which is total BS !!!! I have had a trouble free 60k with the truck and now 1500 miles later I get P1451 and P242F!?!?! After 1500 miles the dissapeared and now I get times when I have no power and crappy preformance let alone mileage is down, I also get a code can't remember number regarding the "Turbo speed Sensor"?!?!? After talking with them the dealership is saying that I requested the new update and that it can't be rolled back , I still have factory and extended warranty left.... What would yall recommend????? Oh and BTW I have a Smarty which I ran on level 3 quite some time back with the deletes but its been back to stock for the last 20k.....

ask for service request document that shows you requested it if they can't provide it, i'd start by talking with the service manager and if it is the dealer you bought it from talk to the sales manager about the "future" purchase you were getting ready to make on that new 3500 megacab laramie, and how if that is the kind of service they provide you are taking your business elsewhere. If that don't work call warranty line and file complaint, hit the BBB site which is free, still no joy, time to decide if it's worth the cast to get a lawyer.
