If you are having head gasket problems the 5.9 will not help you, if you keep blowing them and just replacing the gasket, you need to get your head checked for warpage, if your head is warped you will keep blowing gaskets, if your head is still in check, then you have other problems. I assume you have studs and a external waste gate in the twins? If not you need them. The amount of boost you are running seems high for the power, but 6.7's do have high drive pressure, you might want to get your head cut for fire rings and run fire rings in your gasket. Hope this helps. Let us know.

what do you have for a programmer it seems like timing is an issue and helps contribute to the head gasket failure I believe H&S has less timing than the Smarty try to contact Casey at H&S or Marco on the Smarty If you can't get hold of them contact Garrett at Pure Diesel Power he has been using a 6.7 for a tow vehicle and has some knowledge about them he hooks me up with everything

help
OK what all would I need to do that I'm to the point I've shaved the head on my 6.7 to the point of being replaced now so what would need to be done to do what your talking. Is it much more price wise than what I'm bout to have to do. I'm already looking at buying a new head. Thanks
