need some info on 68rfe. when i start the truck in the AM it shifts great but after driving thru the day it will shift hard from D to R/ R to D. Is this normal for this kind of tranny. First heavy duty truck if anyone has info or experience would like feed back. thanks

Hard shift into gear is normal.

High level programs will kill the 68RFE..

WITH JUST A HOT JUICE BOOST FOOLER AND DPF DELETE AND EGR DELETE WILL MY TRANS NEED SOME BEEFIN UP?

Over 60 RWHP longevity of the TC is severely reduced. If I up the Torque management on the S67, you can feel it slip even at low loads. It breaks the tires loose at 1400 rpm but in higher gears near highway speed you can feel it not hold as well.

So should i get a tc or get a master kit and tc?

How much power do you want? I am happy running the 60 hp tune until I save for a TC. They prices and choices should be getting more reasonable soon.

WELL IM RUNNNING MY HOT JUICE ON 6 ALL THE TIME AND ADDING A BOOST FOOLER AND DELETING MY DPF TODAY.

i never had any problem with juice but smarty is a different story.
