Default Cummins mods in CA...any ideas??

Wondering if anyone has any input as to what Mods work well within the confines of CA smog compliance??

I know doing the deletes is obviously a no-go, but I threw a 5" DPF back straight pipe on and have an S&B intake on the way....any thoughts on tuners? Maybe any that are more applicable to stupid CA law?? All input welcome and appreciated! - Justin

What's funny is that I still have my truck registered in Wyoming as I have a place there, so I could start doing whatever I want and not worry about it, just know that if I want to smog it in CA at some point I'm royally effed. Putting the intake on today, I'll give a little update and see what sort of difference that makes in the ponies and MPG and what not. Oh and I guess Smarty makes a DPF friendly tuner....we shall see if that comes to fruition for me.

Right on, thanks for the info. I'm sure everyone has their preference in tuners and I'm sure that's discussed ad nauseam on this board, but opinions are welcome.
