so what is the best way here i see whole removal or a gut job?

I removed the whole filter no problems.and I ran a tube from vapor exit hole to bottom of the frame to vent gasses. Then just plug the hole in your intake tube.

ok i may attempt to do so this weekend seems like a wise delete. thanks for all the information i hope it will solve the shakey idle i have goin on at the moment...but if not it will still be an improvement. Cant go wrong wilth deleting **** on these motors
