How good are the SCT LIVEWIRE ??

 

Its the best thing on the market for the 6.4L

 

HI LUKE, I was going to buy a SCT LIVEWIRE, BUT I been told to go with the SPARTAN !!! cause it's a lot better than the SCT !!!

 

With all due respect... the Spartan tuner is laying down 520+ RWHP with their Phalanx tuner and the +275hp tune. The SCT unit is only laying down +120hp with their 'extreme' tune.

My stock truck, with the exception of the DPF/DOC delete with the SCT9623-R went 14.80 in the 1/4. With the Spartan 275 it went 13.19 @ 101mph... and still gets 19mpg, if I keep my foot out of it of course

im runing sct extreme with dpf delete and like you say im getting 18 to 20 on the hiway depending on how i drive it

 

Would definitely recommend to any driver looking to tune your 6.4 to go with the spartan, it's an amazing tune, just make sure you don't blow your engine! If i ever got a 6.4 the spartan tune is the way to go, also blows a lot of black smoke!

 

are the sct easier to take off if you have to, i have heard that with the extreme the truck will not shift properly, does it happen with the package below the extreme?
