DPF Delete = MPG Gain!

DPF Delete = MPG Gain!
Thanks To The Help of Luke and Stroker I Have Started Planning The Deletion Of My DPF and My Regen Program...
This Has Claimed To Add MPG and Save On Fuel & of Course... Throw Some Smoke.
Before I Decide To Jump Into The Deletion, I Wanted To Hear Input From The Experts. And To Help Any Future 6.4L Owners On How This Is Done.
So If You Could, Is There Any Kits, Products, or Services (Reprogram) - To Help With This, That Would Be Great.
Thank You Ahead of Time.

Julian (TwinTurboStroker) has done this to his 6.4 and has had it that way since fall of last year -- he's getting over 20 mpg's @ hwy speeds in his dually..
he gutted his cat and DPF -- left the factory piping there (doesn't really matter since they will be able to tell about the reprogramming) and used a KEM programmer to delete the regen as they were the only ones he could find that were at that time getting it to work..
its been a while since I've talked to him, so I'm not sure what else he has done, but I know he has stacks and has done a few other mods to it and the truck will run! Was running 15's @ DITD last year (Sept) with the cat and dpf gutted and a "test" program for the regen deletion... there is definately a LOT to be gained by getting rid of all that EPA crap, but just be warry of your dealership as this can and likely will void your warranty (unless its for something like the radiator recall... )

Its the one in the second pic, with the heat shield on it. It has sensors before it, and after it to read preasure, that should narrow it down. But while your under there, doing all this, and voiding your warrenty (not saying its a bad thing, but you are voiding it at this point), you might as well take off all forms of mufflers, cats, and dpf's.
I would go with a KEM dpf delete kit with tuner, or Spartan kit with dpf delete. I would actually lean towards the spartan kit, because with the highest hp tune, 210hp, you will be seeing around 500hp and around 860 ft lbs of torque at the rear wheels.

it is just like what i had done to my first truck it was a gasser i had the cats gutted and so that way if they wanted to look under my truck they are still there and most of the time the cop doesn't want to take the chance and have it all cut off and then would have to pay to have it all replaced if its all there i had about 4 cops look at my truck and none of them did a thing so gutting everything is the way to go if you ask me
