I Have Done A Fair Amount Of Research On The New Computer Tracing Method.. I Also Asked My Dealer Onwner. Apparently, If The Tech Is Not Fluent In His Search To Find The Code - It's Not Something A Tech Just Stumbles On.

Though You Are Correct, It Does remain Visible - But As You Can See Stated On SCT's Web Site, It's Grounds For Suspicion.. Yet Legally Does Not Provide Enough evidence To Void Ones Warranty... Although Another Can of Worms Opened In A Finger Pointing Battle.

So does a 6.0 but we just kind of over look that.

that'd be why I said fairly positive... and I was right.. I knew the 6.0 did some sort of the same thing, but we were talking 6.4's and I figured with the increased scruitny sinec the 6.0, that most techs would be trained to look specifically for it...
