man i thought about doing that just this weekend since i had to take mine apart and clean it out and replace the lines going to and from it. then had to unbolt it again and move it over to replace the oil pressure sending unit.

Crazy how far back did you tie into the existing fuel lines? I was going to do the same thing when I changed my lift pump in the near future. I'm also gonna add a pressure gauge and pressure regulator with return so I can always see if I have fuel coming in to the IP. Mine are getting a little rusty, may just replace whole thing and can route any way I want to.

I tie in right at back of the engine where the steel fuel ends and ran new line right to the IP and ran that line right lone side the intake

What about your water in fuel light set up? Doesn't the fuel manager also have a fuel heater in it? Notice any difference in the performance of the engine since installing?

No the new system dose not have the WIF or Heater. The filter i put has drain valve on the bottom of the filter and for as the heater most of fuel manager system i work on most heater where shot anyways

As for performance i have notice little difference there is lot better fuel flow i also notice fuel pressure stay at 7psi even under a load but i am running Heath Lift Pump.

Now if you want run a heater you can get the setup with heater and WIF in it but lot more money or can do what Ford did with there 6.9 and 7.3 get in line fuel heater which i may do if i decide stay in weather as for WIF i don't need it i drain my filter once month
