Dont forget about a better turbo. The stock turbo is a huge restriction and will only harm performance, also you wont get the full potential out of the turned ecm

Does anyone know of a better remote PMD solution for the 6.5. I'm looking for a better fix than simply putting in new PMDs. On my third one and getting tired of being stranded in the middle of no where.

Yeah **** can the DS4 and put a DB2 on it. either that or carry a spare PMD. I don't care what one you buy or where you moyunt it. It's a roll of the dice. I have had the Heath Diesel one fail in 2 years and I had a stock one on the IP last 4. You just never know. I would stay away from Flight Systems. The old black Standynes are still the best IMHO.

Start your own thread in the regular 6.5 section and we will try to help you.

i am also looking for some added performance, i want to put the chip in it but my truck has 480000kms. Do you think it will damage the engine if i do chip it?

there is a way I know of to make it smoke a bit more that doesnt hurt it much but if you run it with the switch on for long the engine will heat up
