Thanks for the response Hock. Yea you're probably right, but I wonder how long will it handle 1400 time wise. Normally when I see it reach 1400 I begin backing off. Is 3 or 4 secs. gonna kill it?

You should be fine just don't stay at that temp for a long time.

Email him: sales@innovativediesel.com they do charge for custom tunes but it is money well spent.

80 bucks for one tune or 160 for three tunes. But I just bought one, the performance tune. I rarely tow anything so it works for me. He fine tunes to anything you want. I wanted it safe, so it wont puke. And he bypassed the egr. But I am still running 125 extra hp.

the tunes dont cause any problems with the egr or anything? every programmer ive used has eventually plugged my egr. its been replaced 3 times now.

Innovative tunes rock. The sct is my third and final programmer, bought the extreme race and have been happy ever since.

Does it matter about the sct programmer as much as it does the tunes?
Casue there are a few differant types of SCT so im not sure which to buy...
