Default Anyone had issues with Bulletproofing?

I have a bone stock 03 6.0L with 230K miles that needs injectors and some other minor work. The mechanic said he sees no signs of head gasket failure but I was wondering should I get the HG and studs done while in there or wait until if there are any problems if there will be any. Has anyone had problems AFTER bulletproofing that was directly related to the work/parts?

The other work needed is IC boots, radiator, turbo cleaning, updated oil cooler (and leaks around), turbo feed lines.

Unless the head work is done by competent people you can expect to do the HGs again.
