If you read the A1000 manual, it says it's "OK" to run just that pump, IF the fuel feeding it is higher than the pump, which you'll see even with the sump is going to be very hard to accomplish without mounting your pump below the frame. They recommend a pusher pump to feed it, something like an AD150. Fuel lab also makes a good pump as an alternative to the A1000.

Other than that, it sounds good! You already have a fuel pressure gauge?

I run an XDP sump, Airdog 150 low pressure pusher pump, and custom regulated return with fuel bowl delete all made from -4AN aluminum fittings and -4AN braided stainless steel hose. I will soon be removing the HFCM and installing and aeromotive a1000 with aeromotive billet speed controller. This combo will support injecters bigger than what the HPOP can support. Lets just say I have talked with bill at dieselsite and I am going to have to run athe adrenaline HPOP with double HPOP lines to support my future injectors but the fuel system I just listed will support the fuel needs of the injectors at full fuel.

and a built trans, and a bigger turbo/s and so on and so on hahahaha. What size sticks are you looking at? At that point I'd scrap all the high pressure oil ideas and just go with hybrid injectors, but that's me!

I was thinking... Sump....10micron filter... Ppe lift pump.....10 micron filter.... Fuelab prodigy fuel pump.... Then a RR . That should be a solid setup? Should be plenty of fuel for 205 or 225 correct?

Going with the Helmans sump- fuel lab 150/150 - regulated return with fuel bowl delete.

Your correct I'm going with 205/100 injectors

Why do two separate 10 micron filters? Just do the Fass or AD 150 and call it a day, it has built in filtration and is a lift pump.
