Default KSB install

so i like the benifits of the M&H timing spacer over the 1/8 timing bump as it sounds like you get to keep the bottom end. but with all installs things can go wrong. i have heard of guys some how breaking the KSB. then it is a 400 dollar part. so my question would be is this a easy install or a little risky?

I did mine in less than 30 minutes. 2 things, don't loose any parts and don't damage the tube that connects to it.

how many parts are in this little fella? are the mounting bolts on there pretty tight and do you have to use the hand pump to re prime the system? i would assume use lose all the fuel that is in the pump when you pull this out.

A spacer plate, a spacer washer, 2 bolts, and 2 o-rings. My bolts were not real tight. The biggest problem I had was space to work. At the time I installed it, my pump was rotated to the full retarded position. You will not loose much fuel. I didn't even have to bleed mine after.

The bolts that held mine were super tight. I broke a Snap-on torx wrench trying to get them loose. Rocky
