what about a HX40 or He351 with a stock HX35?

Nope. A generic rule of thumb would be to have the primary (larger turbo) flow about twice what the secondary (smaller turbo ) flows. There are several combinations that work well, but I personally run an S300G over an S475. Twins usually spool a little slower than the secondary so I went with the S300G because I wanted them to spool decently quick. These were homebuilt by me...

That's one heck of a hot pipe! Mine is about a 1/4 that length.

Thanks man. Those are vented valve covers from a Case skid steerer. I didn't want all the boost causing any oil leaks. Finally stripped the paint off the other 2 valve covers today. Still gotta get breather filters on them.

I mocked them up 2nd gen style first...puts downpipe right into the fire wall on a first gen. This way I don't have any issues fitting the 5" downpipe. I was not about to cut the firewall. Spools just fine .
