Default Compound turbo options

Ok so I've been a bing on doing compounds for some time and the time has arrived, but before I jump the gun and end up not happy with my setup lets hear what you guys that have twins are running, for what purpose, and some specs on how they perform.

subscribed. I am considering compounds as well. My current setup has plenty of power but get a bit hot when towing heavy up hills. I'm wondering if it'll help cool my EGTs and give more performance, and maybe clean up the smoke when low on boost. Due to the torque and current power curve, I rarely run the truck up past 2200 rpms now that's why I ask. I always thought the second turbo is dead until about 1800, but...I am not clear on all this.
