Default Throttle Valve

Does anyone know how to adjust the throttle valve on the valve body? I removed the set screw and now im not sure how far it should be screwed in.

what screw are you turning in? are you talking about the screw that adjust spring tension on the side of the valve body? you're supposed to screw it in until the little piece of metal sits just flush against the cage. but i thought the only adjustment for the throttle valve was by lifting a clip and moving the cable (adjusting distance until the throttle valve cable was activated)
