the 351 flows about as much as a hx40! hx35 has a 3 inch dp as the 351 has 4 inch
dont know why anyone would use a hx35 if they had the choice to go with a 351??
am i missing somthing???
The 4" outlet will only help if you have a 4" hot pipe. If the hot pipe is 3", a 4" outlet means little. Already having a HX35 makes the price right.

Snoot And BC847 are VERY smart when it comes to these things.

Thanks RSWORDS.. Its tough just getting to the 400HP level with these trucks let alone 550HP.

Really though its not going to make a huge difference what turbos you use to get 550HP. It will be more about the injection pump and transmission you have.

There are a lot of twins sets out there using the good old HX-35 and a 3" hot pipe that make 550HP. Not sure how many VE trucks there are but lots of P pumped and VP trucks.

Default the plan

heres whats getting done to my truck, 14mm ve, twins, manual trans with a pulling dual disk from sb, doubler, 4.10 gears, 14 bolt rear, 60 front, 100-150 injectors, head studs, valve springs, intake, intercooler, .84 injector lines, 150+ fuel pump, draw straw or bottom sump, bigger fuel lines, fluid damper, water meth, ported/polished head, if there is anything i am missing please let me know. and yes i know you cant build 500+ hp on a budget but i am fabing, installing, and doing all the work myself so it saves me alot on the cost. and having friends who conpete in truck pulling also helps quit a bit . i work a lot of hours so money aint much of a issue. its the time to put ithis all together thats hard to find . you guys probably know how that is.

Obviously you've never tried or researched it.

Hell no! I have a proven system that cost me $700, and makes 50 PSI of boost with the chip off.
