Default Advice Needed!

I have had my 92' LE W-250 I/C turbo 12 Valve for almost a year now. I am very financially challenged. So as a result I have only gone through and changed all fluids and filters, Installed a K&N filter in the airbox, Installed the B.D. fuel pin and 3200 Governor spring. Fixed the K.D.P. problem and now I would like to find a place to find a true 4" turbo downpipe so I can run a straight 4" exhaust, and since I don't have any high HP mods on my truck, What fass fuel system would you reccomend I use. That is one of my next upgrades. I can't find too many aftermarket suppliers to find upgrades for my 1st.Gen. I plan on pushing my 12 valve up to about 400 hp. at most. I want it as a strong tow rig and decent MPG. daily driver. Right now I averaged my MPG. to be at 20-21 MPG. that is with it being a 4x4 with the Abhorred A-518 auto trans. My goal later is to upgrade to a NV 5 or 6 Speed trans. I'll keep the NP205 dana60 and dana70. I will add detroit true trac up front and detroit locker in rear, with upgraded axles....I want to put the seats out of a newer wrecked ram for front and rear. I think the one flaw to my body style is the jump seats in the rear. I want the small bench seat that folds up or down. One last thing, I love my truck so much, But How the hell do I get rid of the shaking front end at 35-40MPH! It just about rattles my teeth out of my head! I like the steering box stablilizers for the 94 and newer trucks but what about the first gen. trucks? Thanks for any responses guy's and keep on rollin those diesels.....

Do a lot of reading. The information is out there. Be creative and enjoy the old GIRL with respect. It can be fun if you like swing wrenches.Or it can get expensive if you'r paying for all the mechanics work.Good luck and enjoy.
