So my truck died on me again and a call to the shop they tell me fuel pump and they like the fass, but the tech tells me pump only and I am not sure if its in the tank or not. The tech also tells me I may need to do the new pick up tube. If the pump is outside should the replacement be pretty straight forward, also I like the platinum the tech said that all I need is the 90 gph not the 150.

 

outside the tank....straight forward install.......you will need a drawstraw for pickup.......95 should be fine with no major mods.

 

He should only need the draw straw if the pump is in the tank...I ran my FASS 180k through the OE pickup tube.

 

Steved is correct. I thought 4.5' (Dodge)came with an in tank pump. Thought my 04 was the last model with behind the FF pump. Did you need to modify your old pump?
