Stick or Auto trans? First thing would be a good lift pump. Fass or Airdog. Than have a cylinder performance test done. You don't want to be adding fuel, pressure, or timing if you have a weak or sticking injector. If they pass. Game on.

The other thing you need to ask yourself. What is my main goal with the truck. You can make power gains a lot of different ways. If you tow heavy, DD, Sled pull, Drag race. Those all come into factor to get the best set up for what you want. Not just by the biggest baddest things and the truck runs like crap.

By the way Welcome to DieselBombers!
