Cp3 buzzing??

Cp3 buzzing??
So my CP3 started buzzing real weird makes my fuel guage go nuts! If I shut the truck off and put it to on the guage is fine and holds 20psi steady turn the truck on and the guage is going nuts drops down to 10 to 15 and buzzes like crazy!!
Anybody got ideas??
